JACQUELINE SKAPIK, CONSULTANT

Ms. Skapik’s expertise in policy analysis, business process re-engineering, and education data system design, training and implementation is unrivaled in her field.  She currently serves as a consultant leading the design of business requirements to build/improve the statewide special education data system in the District of Columbia on behalf the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.  Ms. Skapik’s commitment to making special education data and its systems friendly, useful, and meaningful to educators and school administrators has been monumental in the District’s success to implement this system.  She is also a Teach for America alumni, having taught Language Arts to middle-school students in the Baltimore City Public School System.  

Jacqueline holds a BA from Stanford University, an MS in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and an MS in Social Policy and Planning from the London School of Economics.
