DUSTIN ODHAM , SENIOR CONSULTANT

Dustin Odham is a senior consultant with UPD who leads our district and school based Stat projects within Kansas, which impacts over 90 schools and 50,000 students.

Mr. Odham has over seven years of experience leading turnaround efforts within public education. In 2005-2006, as a high school math teacher, Mr. Odham led his students to the largest average academic growth within the Saint Louis Public Schools, an urban school district with approximately 30,000 students, and was a finalist for Teach For America’s national teacher of the year award. As Executive Director of Teach For America – St. Louis, Mr. Odham organized and led a group of over 300 teachers, most of whom used data and performance management techniques to lead their students to over two grade levels of growth within a single academic year.

Most recently, Mr. Odham worked closely with the Superintendent to lead the turnaround efforts of 25 schools, 11 of which were recipients of School Improvement Grants, within the Saint
Louis Public Schools.

Mr. Odham holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
