ELAINE BUDISH, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Ms. Budish has extensive expertise in K-12 educational policy, juvenile justice and child welfare policy, youth workforce development, child and family well-being research, and the use of data in advocacy and policy implementation. She has experience in direct service program implementation as well as policy advocacy and systems building at the state and local levels. Currently Ms. Budish serves as a consultant to the Rhode Island Department of Education as the senior project manager to support Rhode Island’s Race to the Top implementation.
Ms. Budish earned her bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies at Brown University and holds a master’s degree in public affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.
