ERIC HOPKINS, II, CONSULTANT
Mr. Hopkins is a solid analyst with project management, systems analysis and finance skills. His specialty is to come into an organization, analyze the operations, and then recommend—and implement—changes to the organization and financial structure that make it easier for senior management to control costs and align incentives. This enables senior management to quickly drive change deep down into the organization quickening the pace of business transformation. Coupled with this is the ability to ensure that senior management can gather the critical business information to make the key decisions necessary to run the organization based on solid information. Mr. Hopkins has the rare ability to quickly identify the key pieces of information that are critical to the organization and ensure that they are filtered up to key decision makers.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Operations Research & Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
