JANICE FLYNN, CONSULTANT
As a UPD consultant, Ms. Flynn supports project management and strategy development at Proof Points, a non-profit organization that supports leading reform-minded states and school districts. She has also worked with the State Education Agencies of Louisiana and Delaware on their district engagement strategies, and has written a Leadership Academy RFP for the Rhode Island Department of Education.
Prior to UPD, Ms. Flynn worked with the CitiStat Department in the Baltimore City Mayor's Office and consulted for a leading DC public charter school on their human capital and benefits strategy. She has also served as a Jesuit Volunteer Corps member at a high school in Cleveland, Ohio, and worked in the corporate strategy department at a best-practices research firm in Washington, DC.
Ms. Flynn holds a Masters in Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame.
