KIM CLARK, SENIOR CONSULTANT
During her time as general counsel at the Scottsdale Unified School District, Ms. Clark built and managed the law and risk management department. She was able to reduce legal spending by more than 60 percent in the first year and develop comprehensive reform of policies and procedures regarding fiscal management, human resources, advertising on school property, school sponsored trips, open enrollment, and more. Ms. Clark was also part of the District Leadership team that led Scottsdale's strategic planning process. She is currently managing the development and implementation of Hawaii's educator evaluation system.
Ms. Clark holds a BA from the University of Arizona and a JD from Harvard Law School.
