ROHINI THUKRAL, CONSULTANT
Ms. Thukral joined UPD with vast experience in the field of business and education consulting. As a Senior Strategy and Change Consultant with IBM, she worked directly with clients to gather and write system requirements, develop quality assurance processes, and facilitate large group meetings. As a Program Manager for Mass Insight’s School Turnaround Group, Ms. Thukral helped states and districts devise and implement plans to help turnaround struggling schools. She has also done extensive research on a variety of education issues including teacher quality, summer learning slide, school turn around strategies, and charter schools.
Ms. Thukral holds a Masters in Public Policy degree from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University.
