Cari has 12 years of project management experience with a unique ability to balance big-picture thinking with execution of tasks to complete projects.  She is readily able to understand organization processes and identify opportunities for business process improvement and implement effective software solutions.

She has experience in the private sector and Six Sigma methodologies, along with City of Chicago government and non-profit organizations, supporting out-of-school time programs, youth employment, and education initiatives.

Cari most recently served as the project manager for the district-wide implementation of a new software solution for teacher and principal evaluation for Chicago Public Schools.  She led the Truenorthlogic and Chicago Public Schools team through system design, development, and implementation, including business process and system requirements definition, data integration, testing, end user training, and communications and change management planning.  During the pilot year of the system, Cari also facilitated focus groups with end users and incorporated feedback into the system design and implementation plans for the district-wide rollout.

Prior to the teacher evaluation project, she worked with the City of Chicago agencies including Department of Family Support Services, Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Park District, Chicago Public Libraries, After School Matters, and various community based organizations on implementing a Program and Participant Tracking System for Out-of-School Time.  Through this work, Cari project managed system development and implementation, supported organizations in establishing data share agreements, and developed requirements for city-wide and agency level measures and reports.
