Rohini works on a variety of projects including systems implementation, continuous improvement, organizational transformation, strategic planning, data governance, and teacher evaluation implementation. Her clients range from charter management organizations to traditional public schools as well as local and state education agencies across the nation. Rohini’s specific responsibilities on projects include project management, data governance implementation, strategic plan development, requirements gathering, training development and deployment, facilitation of data-driven client meetings, and communications.
Rohini joined UPD with vast experience in the field of business and education consulting. As a Senior Consultant at IBM, she worked directly with clients to gather and write system requirements, develop and implement quality assurance processes, and facilitate large group meetings with organization leaders. As a Program Manager for Mass Insight’s School Turnaround Group, Rohini helped states and districts devise and implement plans to help turnaround struggling schools. She has also done extensive research on a variety of education issues including teacher quality, summer learning slide, school turnaround strategies, and charter schools.
Rohini holds a Masters in Public Policy degree from the Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University.
