UPD conducted SchoolStat trainings to empower teachers and administrators to continue the process after UPD was done with the engagement. The first session focused on translating Comprehensive Needs Assessments (CNAs) and School Improvement Plans (SIPs) into clear goal statements and action plans that realistically describe the schools’ commitments. The second session simulated actual SchoolStat performance management sessions where each participant played a role.
