Jordan is an analyst at UPD and contributes to our data analytics and visualization work. A flexible researcher with over seven years of experience conducting, supporting and presenting rigorous research across a variety of subject areas. Specialty areas include applied research, community needs assessments, public policy analyses, program evaluations and a variety of other research types. Target audiences and research partners have included higher education institutions, think tanks, public sector organizations, non-profits, philanthropists and community stakeholders acting to foster community development and the correction of systemic inequities. Possess major strengths in coaching and supporting a wide range of stakeholders through the research design, implementation and analysis review processes. Other notable strengths include facilitating the administration of programs and initiatives, creating nuanced analysis plans, executing analyses, curating and delivering research findings across a variety of dissemination platforms.

Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Education Policy from the Graduate School of Education & Human Development at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
