Jordan is an analyst at UPD and contributes to our data analytics and visualization work. He is currently providing data support to our professional learning initiative in Palm Beach, FL and also supporting the FL Department of Education in the implementation of PD Protocols. He is a flexible researcher with over seven years of experience conducting, supporting and presenting rigorous research across a variety of subject areas. Some of his specialty areas include applied research, community needs assessments, public policy analyses, program evaluations and analytics to support continuous improvement. Jordan has collaborated with a wide range of stakeholders, have including public sector organizations, higher education institutions, think tanks, public sector organizations, non-profits, philanthropists and community stakeholders using data and research to foster community development and the correction of systemic inequities.
Jordan holds a Master of Arts in Education Policy from the Graduate School of Education & Human Development at George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame.
