Kristin is a certified city planner with over 20 years of experience working in the public sector or with public sector clients. She specializes in supporting government agencies conduct data-informed strategic planning, change management and implementation—with a focus on equity, implementable solutions, and measurable outcomes. Intentional stakeholder engagement,
relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving are at the heart of her approach to working with clients on any type of project.

Kristin’s clients have included Baltimore City IT, New Mexico Public Education Department, Syracuse City School District, and many others.

Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degree at Dartmouth College and holds a Master’s degree in public policy and urban planning from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
