Aria is a Consultant at UPD where she focuses on assessments, stakeholder engagement, and change management in support of increasing equitable outcomes for students and communities through transformed organizations and initiatives. She was recently part of teams that completed an equity assessment for Vancouver (WA) Public Schools, an equity audit for Teach for America’s national office, continuous improvement efforts for Tulsa Public Schools, and an organizational assessment for the Mississippi Department of Education’s technology office. She also worked on the design of a school-based homelessness intervention model for the Baltimore City Public Schools and the Baltimore Department of Housing & Community Development.

Prior to joining UPD, Aria worked as the Director of Research and Public Policy at Momentum Nonprofit Partners (Memphis, TN) and in operations at Center City Public Charter Schools (Washington, DC).

Aria holds a Master in Public Policy from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a BSE in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University.
