Aria is a Consultant at UPD. At UPD, she has worked on projects related to change management, organizational transformation, and program design. Recent projects include an organizational assessment for the Mississippi Department of Education’s technology office, research and design for a model to identify and connect Baltimore families with elementary aged children to affordable housing in partnership with Baltimore’s Department of Housing and Community Development and Baltimore City Schools, and a racial equity assessment for Teach for America.
